As the year draws to a close, we wanted to take a moment to tell you how much we appreciate your support and everything you do to help make life fairer, simpler and safer for consumers.
Together, we’ve achieved a lot over the past 12 months. 2023 has been a challenging year for many, but here at Which? we wanted to let you know what a difference you and hundreds of thousands of others have made and continue to make, through the actions you’ve taken.
This year we celebrated many campaign wins, from new laws to protect people from scams, protect your free access to cash, and most recently, a promise to ban inflation-linked price hikes on your broadband and mobile bills mid-contract.
Have a look back at some of the successes we’re most proud of achieving together this year.
Of course, there’s more to do next year - and we can’t wait to make more change happen together.
